Denman Contracting provides a refrigeration design, supply, install, test and commission service to its Customers within the food retail sector in addition to Mechanical and Electrical services and Air Conditioning to clients both within and outside of the food retail industry.
With Computer Aided Design and other Design applications Denman has a highly qualified team who work to provide design solutions to solve clients problems.
Project Managers will undertake initial site surveys and provide outline information for the Design Team to work on store, plant and pipework layouts and then set to work on project and resource planning. Every last detail goes in to the careful planning and resource management to ensure that all works are subsequently undertaken and executed with precision, within time and within budget and as safely as possible.
Contract Managers at Denman are responsible for managing teams of Project Managers who work on projects throughout the UK. In addition they are account managers and will meet with clients to ensure that any concerns are factored in to each project and managed.
Interim Valuations are prepared to meet clients required valuation dates by our Quantity Surveyors and final accounts are prepared within a short time of project completion. Being efficient with our applications for payment and final accounts helps to reduce administration time and keeps the cash flow moving to satisfy all parties in the supply chain.
Our direct labour force, supplemented when necessary with specialist contractor services, and managed by our highly trained site managers executes all project work within required parameters to ensure that all stores open on time and within budget.
