Denman offers Facilities Maintenance solutions on a planned maintenance (PPM) and/or on a reactive callout basis. Both PPM and callout services are managed by our 24-hour call centre based in North East of England.
With 150 Service and Maintenance Engineers traveling the UK in the latest and most up to date fleet we service clients needs using van stocks for first time fixes wherever we possibly can to ensure that our clients stores and equipment remain fully operable to serve their Customers.
In 2007 our workforce will be fully equipped with PDA technology which links them to a fully integrated Enterprise Resource Planning system and via the call centre there will be improved call management, better resource scheduling and communication links that will mean we are better placed to service clients needs. This investment, at a cost of several hundreds of thousands of pounds, further reinforces that Denman are progressive and want to be the best in its market.
With the latest systems and technology we can currently monitor clients equipment from afar to ensure continued efficiency, prevention of stock wastage, asset and commodity protection, thus reducing the risk of breakdown.
Through our continued investment in people we have developed a highly skilled workforce embracing the approach of the Denman “Can-Do, Will do” philosophy.
Denman 24/365 Call Centre
Dedicated account managers co-ordinate all facilities maintenance activities and assist with technical solutions. Engineers in the field are supported by a team of Supervisors in addition to a team of highly experienced Field Service Managers who have them selves developed and progressed from Engineering roles in the field.
Our expert call handlers are trained to understand and deal with maintenance, service and breakdown calls. We incorporate high-speed connection facilities for off site diagnosis of problems enabling us to ensure the right level of skilled technician is dispatched. This also enables us to ensure we carry the appropriate parts/materials to effect repairs through first time fix.
All our maintenance engineers are fully trained, fully insured and all our works are guaranteed. Our multi-disciplined teams of engineers mean that value is continually achieved at all levels.
We operate a Vehicle Management System enabling fast and effective mobilisation of resources, thus adding a further value based initiative.
